Terms and Conditions
COURSE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By submitting a completed Registration Form, the individual making the booking (Client) confirms he/she has the appropriate authority to make the booking on their company’s behalf.
Payment Information: All course fees must be paid in full upon receipt of an invoice, but in any event no later than 28 working days prior to the start of the course or 28 working days from date of the original invoice. In the case of late bookings, payment must be made immediately. Settlement of the invoice is only deemed to have occurred when the full amount has been paid and cleared. Clients will not be admitted to attend their course unless full payment has been received.
Substitutions: Clients may substitute the original delegate with another person at no extra charge. Written notification is required to substitute a delegate prior to the course start date.
Cancellation and Refund Policies: Cancellation of the course booking will be subject to the terms and by providing the written notice to office@keynesschool.com. Refund of 50% fees paid will be provided for cancellations made 15-30 working days prior to the course. For any cancellations made less then 15 working days 100% of course fee will be due and no refund will be provided. The original course fee is the amount that has been invoiced, i.e. this may show a discount for some delegates. All late bookings will be subject to the transfer and cancellation terms outlined above.
Cancellation of course by us: KBS reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or published prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised 15 working days before the course start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to the increased price.
Course Transfers: Course bookings can be transferred without the charge to another course when such a notice received 30 or more working days prior to the start date of the originally booked course. For any transfers less then 30 working days 25% charge will be applied based to the original price. Only one transfer is permitted per booking.
Code of Conduct: KBS reserves the right to remove any delegate from their course should their behaviour be deemed to be inappropriate KBS or its partners. This would result in no refund of course fees or other costs being given.
Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property such as course materials provided by KBS during the course are exclusively owned by KBS.
Data Protection: By proceeding to register with KBS you are consenting to the processing of your personal data. Any concerns of any of your personal information held by us, please email to: office@keynesschool.com
